SERVI (Société Européenne de Vêtements d’Image) met son expertise en matière vestimentaire d’image haut de gamme au profit des métiers de l’hôtellerie et du tourisme.
Pierre Florentin est le fondateur du groupe qu’il a créé dans les années 95 . Autodidacte , son goût des voyages et de l’art culinaire le mène à découvrir les cultures selon les nationalités en fréquentant les bars des grands hôtels sans dépenser trop d’argent. Pour réunir ses 2 passions, il décide de créer des uniformes pour l’hôtellerie et la restauration alliant le vêtement professionnel au vêtement d’image.
Bercé dans le milieu de la couture grâce à un père tailleur pour hommes, il commence par s’installer dans une petite boutique à Paris consacrée à la mode masculine sur mesures. Il s’entoure ensuite d’une équipe de stylistes et créateurs et décide de se lancer dans la création et la réalisation sur mesures de vêtements de soirée haute gamme pour hommes et femmes. En 1995, il crée des boutiques tout en développant la marque Pierre Florentin Design. A partir de 1997 et ce pendant 6 ans, on retrouve sa marque dans divers points de vente et il élabore des collections dans le secteur du mariage.
En 2004, Pierre Florentin Design se lance dans la création d‘uniformes haut de gamme , il devient précurseur en matière de refonte d’identité vestimentaire BtoC en s’attachant un réseau de points de ventes et de distributeurs nationaux, puis en BtoB en collaborant très étroitement avec l’univers de l’hôtellerie de luxe. En 2006, il rachète la marque Aline Robineau spécialisée dans la création et la fabrication de produits textiles destinés aux chefs de cuisine des grandes maisons.
Après avoir revendu les points de vente et le concept « retail wedding » en 2008, la société prend un nouveau nom commercial « SERVI » (Société Européenne de vêtements d’Image). La marque « Le Temps des Chemises » est créé l’année suivante, spécialisée dans la création et la distribution via le web de chemises modernes, chic et décontractées dédiée aux particuliers. En 2011, on assiste à la création du bureau de style et d’étude intégré (création graphique, développement modèles, création de collections, recherches tissus, mise au point patronages…). L’année suivante, la plateforme stock service est mise en place, mettant à disposition un stock de plus de 30.000 produits disponibles toute l’année .
En 2015, rachat de la société Kalystos spécialisée dans l’expertise et les projets textiles en lien avec les marchés publics et en 2016, rachat de la société VIP/Marc Brion spécialisée dans la création et la fabrication d’uniformes de luxe uniquement développés et confectionnés en France et destinés exclusivement au secteur de l’hôtellerie haut de gamme mais aussi rachat de la société De Saint Ange Uniformes, spécialisée dans les uniformes haut de gamme, réputée pour la qualité de ses collections créatives et tendances.
La nouvelle identité visuelle du groupe SERVI apparaît en 2018. Aujourd’hui, grâce à son expérience, ses services à de multiples secteurs d’activités souhaitant développer ou faire évoluer son identité vestimentaire , il est le référent sur le marché du vêtement d’image haut de gamme en tant que précurseur de style depuis une quinzaine d’années.
Le groupe SERVI offre les meilleurs services à sa clientèle quelque soit le secteur d’activité, à travers la création (possibilité de personnalisation, sur-mesure…), la fabrication (adaptation de la toile, l’élaboration du prototype… ) et la production dans ses ateliers, principalement en France et à l’étranger (surtout en Europe) en petites, moyennes ou grandes séries. Un service après-vente est garanti.
S’adressant à une clientèle internationale, le groupe propose des modèles inspirés de la mode française classique mais tient aussi compte des traditions locales ou de la coutume religieuse. La qualité des tissus employés dépend du climat. Le bureau d’études assure un style unique, adapté à chaque fonction avec plus de 1 500 combinaisons de personnalisation (coupes, modèles, tissus, boutons, broderies…). Les uniformes, devenus vêtements d’image haute gamme, sont repensés de façon à montrer le prestige des entreprises tout en mettant leur savoir-faire et leur notoriété en avant. La clientèle est composée d’hôtels, groupes hôteliers, les Hôpitaux de Paris, offices de tourisme, compagnies aériennes, sociétés de sécurité, casinos…, principalement dans les postes d’accueil.
