L’originalité ici, vient du fait que cette fois, l’intrigue est inversée. La pièce commence par la fin. Les codes du boulevard s’en retrouvent cassés. Place à l’histoire d’amour, mais à contre-courant. Une interversion temporelle quelque peu déstabilisante par son rythme, qui prend la forme d’une investigation policière, afin de mieux comprendre les tenants et les aboutissements de l’adultère présenté. Mensonges, jalousie, cruauté, respect, amour seront les pièces maîtresses de ce puzzle passionnel. Mais de cette infidélité, qui en est le véritable responsable ? L’usure d’un amour, le hasard d’une rencontre, une machinerie étudiée ?
